What HealYou is

HealYou is a platform that connects patients with hospitals in the Chandigarh Tricity so they can request emergency beds, OPD appointments and diagnostic tests. HealYou is not a hospital, does not provide medical care, and does not give medical advice.

In an emergency

• Call 112 or the ambulance service on 108 immediately. Do not rely on this app alone.
• A bed request is a request only. The hospital decides whether it can accept it, and a bed is not guaranteed.
• Bed counts and other details are provided by hospitals and may be out of date.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep your password private.
• You must verify your email address with the code we send you.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Patients

• Enter the patient's details truthfully. Do not make false or test requests; they can take a bed from someone in need.
• You are responsible for the information you share about the patient, and you confirm you are entitled to share it.

Hospitals

• You confirm you are authorised to register and manage the hospital.
• You must keep your listing, licence details, doctors, tests and bed counts accurate and up to date, and respond to requests promptly.
• Approval by HealYou is a basic review of the registration. It is not a certification of the hospital's licence, quality or services.
• You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload and allow HealYou to display them in the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or use it to harass anyone or to break the law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep HealYou available but cannot promise it will always work without interruption. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Responsibility

HealYou is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, HealYou is not responsible for medical outcomes, decisions or delays by a hospital, inaccurate information supplied by hospitals or users, or losses that follow from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
